Bay Area writer and songwriter Deborah Crooks’s essays, columns and articles have appeared in The Sun, Kitchen Sink, Yoga Journal and the anthology "Bare Your Soul: The Thinking Girls Guide to Enlightenment" among many other sites, blogs and publications. She’s recorded two full-length Cds of original music drawing on folk, rock, Americana and the Blues and performs with her band throughout California. She’s also read at Litquake, spoken on creativity at MacWorld and been a panelist at SXSW. She first collaborated with DSDT on "Survival of the Fit Enough: The Galapagos Project" (2003).
