In the Presence of Absence Work-In-Progress Showing

Join DSDT for a work-in-progress showing of Deborah Slater’s latest project, titled In the Presence of Absence. The event will include performances and discussion with Deborah Slater.

Choreographer Deborah Slater and dancer/equity consultant/community activist Tammy Johnson have begun a collaboration interviewing people from all walks of life on what moment in the past 2 years resonated or was life changing in some way.  Coupled with DSDT dances and poems from Youth Speaks, these responses have made visible all our desire for community and has been a revelation in the wonder of our differences.
